The calculator of calories and nutrients will allow you to create a balanced diet for you.
You can learn what percentage satisfy the required daily intake of nutrients, based on your gender, age, weight, height and the intensity of labor (during pregnancy and breastfeeding for women).
The app uses the HealthKit to synchronize your weight.
Nutrients app will obtain your data for automatically fill weight parameters.
You can view the weekly reports for each nutrient.
Watch for changes in your weight.
Calculator contains information about useful nutrients for a large number of kinds of food and ready meals:
1. General information:
water; calories; proteins; fats; carbohydrates; fibers; sugars.
2. Minerals:
Calcium, Ca; Iron, Fe; Magnesium, Mg; Phosphorus, P; Potassium, K; Sodium, Na; Zinc, Zn; Copper, Cu; Manganese, Mn; Selenium, Se; Fluoride, F; etc.
3. Vitamins:
Vitamin A; B1 (Thiamin); B2 (Riboflavin); B6 (Pyridoxine); B9 (Folate); B12 (Cobalamin); Vitamin C (ascorbic acid); Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol); Niacin (B3 or Nicotinic acid); Vitamin K (phylloquinone); etc.
